Leading Change with AI
For leaders who must take an organisation through the transition — honestly, and without the theatre.
Analysis tells you what is happening. The courses train what to do about it.

Most AI training sells tool tricks that expire with the next release, or transformation theatre that expires on contact with a real organisation. These courses teach the judgment and the methods that keep working as the technology moves.

For parents who want their children ready for this era without surrendering their childhood to it.
Built and taught by the people who make The Aiomic Age. Same standards as the publication.
Two at present. Parenting in the Age of AI, for parents who want their children ready for this era without surrendering their childhood to it. Leading Change with AI, for the people who must take an organisation through the transition. Both are built from deployments and evidence rather than from keynotes, and both are currently on a waitlist.
Karim Galzahr and Dr Sven Jungmann, the people who make the publication. The standards are the publication's standards: claims labelled at their honest confidence level, numbers carrying dates and the name of the body that published them, and the strongest opposing view stated fairly rather than knocked down.
Self-paced modules, with live sessions on the change course. Leading Change with AI includes templates for exposure mapping, pilot design and the leadership narrative. Parenting in the Age of AI includes worksheets and scripts for the conversations that matter, and its materials are updated as the evidence changes, with updates included.
Pricing has not been announced. When it is, subscribers to the weekly hear first. Both courses carry a fourteen-day refund, no questions asked. Joining the waitlist commits you to nothing, and it does not reserve a place or a price.
No. Tool tricks expire with the next model release. These courses teach the judgment and the methods that survive it: reading your own exposure task by task, sequencing pilots so they inform rather than perform, and the workflow, liability and skills questions that never appear on the slide.
Nothing technical. Both courses assume an intelligent reader and no background in machine learning; terms are defined once, briefly, where they first appear. The change course assumes you have some say over how work is organised. The parenting course assumes nothing beyond having children in your life.
Through the weekly email. There is no separate form: subscribers are told when each course opens, in the edition, before anyone else. Each course page carries the enrolment link once it exists. Until then the page states what the course is and what it will cost, as soon as we know.
